Baked Chicken with Mix Vege



Baked this for lunch yday.Here is the recipe:

To blend:
Lemon grass, Ginger, Shallots, Garlic n Dried Chillies
Seasoning:
Oyster sauce, thick soya sauce, 5 spice powder, salt n sugar
Method :
- Marinate chicken with all the ingredients for 1-2 hrs
-Spread pandan leaves follow by chickens on the baking tray n sprinkle some butter
-Bake for 30-40 mins
For the Vege:
Cauliflower, carrot, young corns, potato n mushroom (boil n set aside)
Seasoning for Vege:
5 spice powder, oyster sauce, salt n pepper
Method :
-Mix all seasoning to the vege thoroughly n add some butter
-Top up vege on the bake chicken n bake to the last 10 mins of cooking cycle
-Remove pandan leaves n transfer the baked chicken to serving dish and serve with your choice of sauces(I served with blk pepper sauce)
